My appointment was scheduled for 10:00, my wife sat there for nearly 3 hours today waiting for you to complete the pre-scheduled 30k mile service. I know there are a few more things on the 30k list, but I feel that wait was excessive. By the way, your staff stated it would take 60-90 minutes. She has previously brought it in for scheduled service and had to wait about the same length of time. I'm working during the week and unable to do this myself. Can it really take 3 hours to perform those tasks? There is little point in me making a commitment to be there at a certain time if you can't commit to performing the service in a timely manner. It was expensive service, performed inefficiently. Not impressed so far.

Last time I had my oil change, they washed my car and vacuumed the front area. This time they did not.

I did not talk to Gage when I dropped my car off, as the van was leaving then to give me a ride. The gentleman I did talk to asked me if I wanted my car washed and I said yes, please. Was told they would vacuum the front also. That did not happen. Someone dropped the ball on that one.... just think it should be an automatic thing. **** Hannah VW and Subaru shop both did with my previous cars. Other than that, your service is great!!!

Had issues with price. It got cleared up, but only after we found the mistake. Same mistake was made twice, so we had to watch it like a hawk. Seemed like they were trying to always get us to pay more than the agreed upon price.

Caleb was prepared for the service, courteous, gave an accurate time estimate, clarified time for the next service, explained what was done this time around. The service department was good to deal with. Unfortunately during my visit I discovered that the sales department sold me a fraudulent maintenance warranty that was never valid. They charged me $1498 for a warranty that my car was over mileage for and falsified the mileage to put it under 150,000 mile threshold by transposing numbers.
