My truck had a blowout on the freeway in the Dalles,Or. The Toyota dealership patched it up and sent me on my way. Thinking the problem was fixed I drove home to Longview WA. But I quickly realized that the tire wasn't fixed properly. **** Hannah said the tire should never have been patched up it should have been replaced. I also had my truck detailed. My truck looks great and I feel comfortable driving my family in it safely. Thanks **** Hannah!

$1000 for a battery and alternator replacement is pretty absurd. That, and you guys dragged your feet about actually doing it when you knew I didn't live in Kelso. You had the car for 4 full business days, and I still had to get a hotel room 2 days later because the car wasn't ready.

Tyler did an outstanding job dealing with an angry, pissed off customer (me), due to this being the third time service neglected tightening lug bolts. Additionally, Tyler was able to get my truck out of the shop within a day. I appreciate his patience and professional dealing with me and my Tundra.

Gage Bryant handled everything from the time I drove in with a flat tire. He took the time to look at it, go to the service counter to get a new tire ordered, set up a rental, even let me know when my car repair was ready for pick. He was even there after 5 on a Friday night when I came to pick up my car. Excellent service. I am switching over to your service department for all my car maintenance. Thank you.????

The people at **** Hannah Toyota were very nice and quick about taking my Subaru in for its first oil change. I am pleased as I didn't want to drive all the way to Vancouver to the Subaru dealership on my day off. Thank you for making it easy to take care of close to home
