I get regular motor oil with an oil change. On yesterday's service, I got either a synthetic oil or a regular oil with a synthetic oil charge. I am retired and cannot afford the additional cost. Please check this out and resolve. Bob Nolden

The service writer didn't make me aware of needing engine and cabin filters. I found out by reading service receipt. I bought them in Chehalis and installed them myself. It would have been nice to be told at time of service. I'm disappointed in the service at your dealership.

Gage was very kind and professional. So were both shuttle drivers. I wish it was easier and less time consuming to call into your location for an appointment, confirmation of appointment and to ask questions. Again, your employees are great!!

Gage was exceptional in his knowledge base and service. My family lives in Longview and I needed my 2015 Prius C serviced during my visit. I wish I could have Gage back in LA. He was thoughtful, smart and even though I wasn’t a return customer, he made me feel that I was important. The service was fast and excellent.
