My son and law got a truck from y'all used at the same time I got my new one I became very angry with the lie y'all told me and then trying to shame me for holding you to the words you spoke , you told him when getting the used truck he got that had a bad bent and and paint missing on the hood that y'all would repair that if he bought the truck you gave him a loaner wedseday night kept his truck over night to repair put a little paint on the dent and returned it today , I THINK THE LYING TO PEOPLE TO MAKE A SELL HAS GONE FAR ENOUGH I TOLD YOU I SAW THE PART IN THE CONTRACT SAYING WE WOULD SPEAK TO NO ONE ABOUT THE SALES TALK , BUT I AM CONSIDERING G TAKING THIS TO A LAWYER THE LIE YOU TOLD ME AND NOW HIM , AND LET HIM START A SUIT FOR THE MULTITUDE OF PEOPLE TO STEP UP AND SPEAK OF THE LIE THEY WERE TOLD , DO YOU WANT TO WORKS SOMETJING OUT TO SETTLE THIS BETWEEN US OR DOSE THIS NEED TO GO TO A LAWYER

Scheduling services is difficult because the person answering the phone doesn't seem to know what she is doing And leaves you hanging on hold for many minutes without a response.

Information was texted to the wrong phone even though the phone number had been verified when the vehicle was dropped off. The service advisor did not make any attempt to follow up on her text so services were not completed that would have been approved. No attempt was made to let us know that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. When we did pick up the vehicle only one failed item was mentioned (in the report there are 4). The report was not available and she was in such a hurry to get me out the door she made me like I was wasting her time so I didnt bother to ask for a printout even though I told her that I did not receive the text. I will be taking the echo elsewhere to complete the failed service items.

Tyler did great. And the gentleman at the parts counter did great also. He solved the problem I had with getting the cover on my camera on my windshield. I got a windshield replaced and it took 2 months to get the cover for my camera. It was quite a fiasco. The parts guy did great.
