I don’t need anyone to contact me, thank you. I just feel that there’s a large disconnect with your staff. Check in went well except I wasn’t told how I would be contacted when it was done. So I assumed they’d let us know. There were random sales people standing or sitting who didn’t even acknowledge our presence with a smile or hello. We had to ask twice if someone could make popcorn at 11:30 am so my kiddos could stay occupied when they were bored and losing steam. The other several customers appreciated it too. I had to ask about my parked vehicle and whether it was done and was told my representative would come get me when they got back. And 10 mins later, we asked another guy if he could check us out. When we left, our rep had at least six sets of keys on his desk and he was still no where to be found. If you have that many customers waiting, you should employ enough staff to help or have the people sitting around pick up the slack.

With this service visit I was told that my van had the regular service done on it which included the tire rotation. That was an out right line because I know for a fact that the tires are bad and needing to be changed, but am waiting to have the money to get that done. So, instead of lying to me about a service being done, just tell me that it wasn't able to be done! If there was a closer Toyota dealership i would go there instead!

I am always pleased with the customer service. However, I did not use **** Hannah's service this time because of the price quoted for the services. The labor costs are far too large to afford.
Crissy did fine job selecting the service that would meet the Tundra's maintenance needs.
For some reason Gabe had to go to a meeting, so after I had been there for 1 hour and forty plus minutes, I decided to go check on my car. Sure enough my car was ready and all the information was setting on Gabe’s desk but no one let me know that it was done. The second thing I was unhappy about was they didn’t vacuum the floor in the back seat.
