She did a great job with the servicing despite the fact that I never worked with her in person. It was completed based on phone, text, and email communication. Everything was completed to my satisfaction which was outstanding
As always, very good service. Question though—it seems that the turnover of service people is ongoing. I have been going there since 2008 and the change in staff is too much. Why is that happening?
Communication between service reps at the desk a little weak but Gage was great.
Samantha understands customer service. She was helpful and we made future appointment to finish warranty work. Samantha is very energetic precise and attractive. Look forward in seeing on my next visit.
She did a wheel alignment without proper authorization. The situation was resolved with her ultimately not charging us for the alignment. The issue was with communication. She informed me the alignment wasn't covered under the factory warranty. I acknowledged that with an ok. She assumed that I was also authorizing the allignment. Which wasn't the case. I was to the understanding that they would check to see if the car was misaligned and ask for authorization to do the repair if needed. That did not happen.
You guys did great and told me how long it was gonna take. Will be coming back in about 5000 miles
Our appt was 1pm, our truck was not even taken back to be serviced until 215. And they didn't even do anything that they said they would do such as topping off the fluids or vacuuming the truck out. Very unsatisfied

I checked in to get my car when finished, the lady forgot about me and I had to wait a while, when tired of waiting I went back out and inquired why it was taking so long. She apologized, but I ended up being late to my next appointment.
Tyler was amazing! Friendly and prompt. Great sense of humor and had me on my way in no time! First time here but won't be my last. Thank you Tyler and the entire **** Hannah crew!
Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I will return in the future for other services and hope Elizabeth is still there to assist me. Thank you and especially thank you to Elizabeth and your service department. Parts department was also friendly and helpful on answering my questions.
Tyler is doing a good job of helping me with a claim on my tire warranty. He knows what to do and is doing the paperwork for me. That is a big help as I wouldn’t even know where to start.

The technician not only did the service that I came in for but also made me aware of a recall on my vehicle. They worked with my schedule since i couldn't stay.
