Too much to type here but I’ll put some of complaints. First I received a text to authorize extra work. I ok’d it but it wasn’t done & no call to tell me about it. Then I received another text asking if I had questions, which I did & I responded but nobody got back to me. I texted 3 more times with no reply. I called twice & nobody ever called back. I had to call body shop to find out what was up with my car. THEY finally got someone to bring my car to them. Then today I get a call from Tyler to arrange payment & when I explained problems he said he was sorry but didn’t receive any of text reply’s or messages I left. One was suppose to have been left by service manager. The only good thing was after hearing this Tyler said he’d cover my service. When I said I would still owe for air filter that’s when I found out THAT didn’t even get done. Left hand has not idea what the right is doing & it’s just downright POOR customer service. I sure hope when I get my car back there is paperwork inside letting me know what they actually did do to my car. Not a positive experience at all. JANA H

My idiot lights were on so I took it in for that reason. It ended up Being a faulty gas cap. My app was at 8am & I left around 1;30.
