The service department was great! I appreciate how everyone at **** Hannah Toyota works together as a team to make sure costumers are completely satisfied with their experience. I am very grateful for the sales manager, Brandon Martinez, he went above and beyond to make sure Inwas provided a loaner car after my new highlander needed to be worked on. The staff at **** Hannah will be the reason why I would continue to do my vehicle services at their dealership and why I would purchase a vehicle again from them. Great sales and service departments!
I made an appointment. Yet they did get my car in for at least a half hour I could see if I didn’t have an appointment I would understand. Every was fairly nice also I think you should get a car wash again. When I take my car to Beaverton I always get a free car wash. I don’t know if I will use you to service my car again!

I was very disappointed that my car did not get washed or vacuumed. Why do I have to ask for this to be done as part of the oil change? Your service continues to go downhill.

Samantha was wonderful, however no one was aware of my appointment and it took a very long time to register and then it took several hours for the tires to be put on the truck. I used the online order form (which asks for any further concerns as well as taking the credit card number) to make sure my airbag was replaced because I get a notice in the mail every day regarding the dangers of my airbag. I was told Samantha was unaware of the request. So my first and last experience with **** hannah Toyota has been negative. Fortunately Portland is close and the truck inventory is larger and prices are better so when I purchase a new rig I will be buying in Oregon and skipping the bad service in Washington regardless of the drive.
