We have been loyal customers since November of 2013 and have purchased 2 vehicles from here and have had all of the service done at the Kelso location for both vehicles. Lately I have been disappointed in the customer service I receive. Yesterday my RAV4 was in for service and when I called to check on the status I was told my advisor was busy but would get back to me. I waited a few hours and when I didn't get a response I sent an email. As of noon the next day, I still have not received a response back. I understand people are busy, but a quick call or email doesn't seem to be asking too much.

Elizabeth was awesome, she was very friendly, remembered my kids names which made them feel very special. She helped me navigate getting 2 young kids and 2 car seats into my truck and it made my time there so much easier. Thank you so much!

Totally awesome customer service
Service was for routine oil change and I was told it would be 90 minutes. That seemed a little excessive but I arranged to wait at a friends house. After about that length of time I received a text saying my car was on good hands & they would contact me when it was ready. After about 2 more hours when I still had not heard back I went to see what the problem was. My car was ready but for some unknown reason I had not been notified. Elizabeth offered to comp me the service because of the delay - I agreed with the offer. So - for your consideration
* service (oil change) was done I assume because a new sticker was in the window. This was good.
* 90 minutes for an oil change is a lot- is that normal now???
* not contacting me was bad!
* comping the service was good to alleviate my frustration at being forgotten.
Then I found that this comped service was not recorded in my service history & and that I don't like. I keep track of my car's service & I don't want it to look like I failed to bring my car in for routine service. So I entered "oil change" via online record.
I will return for service at **** Hannah with the hope that this was an isolated occurrence.
Tyler covered all the things needed to get done.
