Chrissy was amazing! She was very kind, courteous and professional. I will make a point of choosing her for future service needs. Only thing that was a low point is not having on site car washes anymore.

I was disappointed to find out that you do not hand wash the cars anymore I do not like using car wash because it scratches the paint . The paint on these cars are very thin. I had a hard time believing that I bought a brand new car they came out of the factory with the alignment not set correctly. Other than that the service was good. This will be the last car I will buy from you.

Ms. Ferguson was professional and conscientious. I did have a couple things I was dissatisfied with. I requested the return of parts that were replaced. I only received the brake rotors. I will be addressing the work you performed on my mother in law’s Mercury with the dealership from whom I purchased the vehicle. The fact that I can’t provide the damaged parts will greatly inhibit my ability to press my point. Beginning on page 3 of the invoice there is a list of 7 descriptions of “work recommended but not performed. I was not contacted in reference to any of these items.

The exceedingly high cost $390. For a battery is totally over the top and that is with discounts and asking $70 for an oil change is out of line. As for Elizabeth Pane she did her job well and with patience

I bought my car new and always took it to **** Hannahs for the services when it came time to get my free tires I was told that they couldn't find in their computer the receipt from the 2017 service however the sticker they but in my car said next service was 41000 miles and my car was at 41600 when I took it in this weekend. So basically I am being cheated out of my free set of tires.i bought my last 4 cars from **** Hannah and my daughter bought her last 2 cars from **** Hannah's we have been good loyal customers but this last experience wasn't good we will take our business elsewhere from now on.
