Worst service from a Toyota dealer. Took over 1.5hrs for a routine oil change. Then the guy tried to charge me. Plus my vehicle day in the lot done for 20+ min before the guy came to get me. Horrible!

My vehicle was finished for over 15 minutes but I wasn't notified because the associate went to lunch.
First of all Crissy was prompt and polite. As a master heavy equipment mechanic for over 20 years I am very diappointed that it took your so called mechanics over 3 hours to inspect my wiring harness. Also I am baffled how 4 miles were driven bringing my car in and out of service bay.
This lady is super sweet. I saw her with all her customers and she treats them all with love. I super appreciate her and her customers service. She is fantastic. Thank u Elizabeth. And thank you to Wes’. I love **** Hannah Toyota.
