When. I arrived for my appointment I was told, after being assured that I would have a loaner car, that I was not going to receive a loaner car, I didn’t qualify for this car ... I cancelled my spot because I was lied to twice prior to this appointment and I cannot be without a vehicle ... I called and left a VM for the service manager advising this matter and that I was pissed! Rightly so!! And I expect this to be made right ... so however y’all care to do this please do it and make this right because I really hate to be lied to and to have my valuable time time squandered and wasted ... so yes, please restore my trust in your business and make this right ... please!!

Finished my service early. However I wish it was easier to get back to her and have her send back the shuttle. I texted back to her message but she obviously didn’t get the message that way because I was waiting outside for him to return when she called me back on my phone and then he was sent out to get me because he was there when the call came to me and directly came and picked me up promptly I just wish the process was a little easier. I know now not to expect that my text is seen and will call back instead but I’m not sure if I was working that day and didn’t call back would she wait until I get back to her. I’m sure it would have been a couple hours before I would’ve been able to leave work
He took my card over the phone it did go threw on hhis end i told him i was not comming to pick up the truck thats why i wanted to pay over the phone so he had my father pay for it instead of calling me and this is unexpectable i do not have my dad pay my bills

Appreciated answers to my questions, response to car care. I’ve been bringing my car & pickup to Hannah Toyota for a long time & believe they always get the necessary & best care.
So apparently I need to get my brake pads greased every 40,000 miles???? Never heard of this in my life. I have the paperwork to prove it. Will NEVER go to **** Hannah again. My friends and family have had multiple problems there and I knew better but decide for convenience that I would get my truck serviced there.
After 7 hrs my 4Runner was returned to me without cleaning

I felt that was not listened to when I called to make an appointment. During the call I stated my TDI diesel required special inventory and I wanted to make sure everything was in order before stopping by. I feel that I was overcharged for a service I could have gotten down the street and not spent my afternoon sitting in a lobby for over an hour. This is also the third time this has happened.
