Would be nice if you washed and vacuumed vehicle onsite versus going to car wash and doing it yourself.

I asked to have a light changed and it didn’t happen.,not satisfied. I also asked for rustproofing to be done on my recall and that didn’t happen either. Thanks for the oil change and nothing else that I asked for.

I was happy with the service from my service rep. Please ignore the "no" as my finger was too big for my tiny screen and it recorded an incorrect response. Crissy did a fine job with the information she had. The only concerns were that I came in for an oil change plus the tire sensor light flashing. The oil was changed but somehow she did not get the message from the person who checked me in that I really wanted my tire sensors checked. Now I have to come in again on a new appointment just to get them checked. I scheduled it for 4 as I have training until 3:30 but it was put in the computer as being 3 but I was told that I could be late. Seems odd to me. Plus I was told that if I could be in a little early that would be helpful.. My training goes until at least 3:30. I also did not get my free car wash certificate that I was told that I would be getting as DHT no longer does the car washes on the premises.
I appreciate that the service was quick and within the timeline but it's the little bits that get missed that can be concerns.
Visiting from Portland discovered screw in my tire. Service was excellent and they got me back on the road quickly
