I do have one concern: an email regarding my service appointment went to my husband’s ex-wife’s email address. We have nothing to do with and it is a little concerning as to how you came about her email address based off our information.

I got a text as soon as I dropped off my car. It said to text back if I had questions. I did and got no response. I did have a missed call from **** Hannah but no message. I had texted that I was hoping they’d honor the Toyota care I had that had expired six weeks prior to this oil change. First I have been a loyal Toyota customer since 1989. I have bought 10 brand new Toyotas since that time. I did not know the care policy had expired since I was not notified. I am continually notified for every other thing from Toyota so it’s not like the don’t know how to get s hold of me. They could have said come in and get your oil changed before your policy expires. But they didn’t happen so I was charged $70 for this and I am **** pissed. I asked the girl who checked me in and she was like nope! I am beyond pissed
