Not all service was done! I needed to return to take care of a noise that was not there before my service! The filter under the glove box was filthy and leaves were pushed into the heater fan making the noise! So the service writghter cleaned all the leaves out and digested I replace the filthy filter! I went to parts and naught the filter and she put it in! That made two trips to your service dept

Tyler was great. However, I had the factory leaf spring replacement done and when I got home and started to put on add a leafs ( since Toyota wouldn’t put the blocks back on) I found the front u-bolt on the passenger side loose,(able to remove with fingers). Then when I finished that side I went to do the drivers side the bump stop was only under one u-bolt. This is the very reason I’m reluctant to take vehicles anywhere for service, not only sloppy work and no quality control but could be very dangerous.

Crissy was the most personable and knowledgeable employees I have ever worked with at **** Hannah. She was very accommodating and made sure, on a busy Friday, when I had to sit for much longer than expected, to let me know the timeline for when my car could be done. Although, my mom had dropped her car off at 9am, and she had worked with someone else, her car had taken well over 4 hours to get done, the girl she was working with never gave her an update. She was on a tight schedule to leave for Idaho at 5pm for a funeral, and was unable to get her car back until almost 2pm. My oil change took well over 2 hours and 45 mins (and then I was told I couldn’t get a wash and vacuum anymore?!) which is tough when I work at 2am, and I call to make my appointment at 8am and the person on the phone tells me it’s not busy, and I shouldn’t have to wait more than the 1.5 hours. I don’t enjoy complaining, but who has time to sit and wait all day for a simple oil change? I would gladly schedule for another day. Why would the lady tell me how slow today was, if it was a crazy busy day?’!

We had an issue with the van- a noise that we wanted diagnosed and did plan to have fixed. The method of informing us of the diagnosis was via email, and was not a clear, simple path to the diagnosis therefore we misunderstood the fix and declined the service. I feel strongly that in this situation we should have received a phone call to discuss the issue and proposed fix. We probably would have had it done. Instead, we took the van home and ended up going to another shop the next day.

I took my truck in because it would not start with the key. I also had a reverse light fixed. The repairs were expensive but that is what you can expect from a dealer. The truck started great in the lot. I filled it with gas... and it would not start. Then I stopped for lunch. Had to roll start it. This morning... had to roll start it. Told my 73 year old coworker who asked if I had the old starter... I said no. He said @they probably didn’t do anything.” He is 73. I don’t believe that I am confident that your mechanic did it... and I did not pay the $150 plus evaluation fee for that... but did for the light issue. So I will be bringing it back for evaluation and repair. Am I satisfied with the work... are you kidding me? No
