Better adhesive on mileage sticker for next service. Sticker fell off same day.
The tire damage was in the tread not on the inside edge. I we think they just didn’t want to deal with it.

Seemed very expensive for the service that was performed. When I had my timing belt replaced awhile back I asked the service rep to have idler pulley looked at since serpentine belt was coming off. I would’ve hoped to receive a little break in the price but I doubt service rep made note of pulley at the time of that service so I really had no leg to stand on. Most of the time I feel like a number and not a person. The service reps are always friendly but these constant emails and texts wanting feedback get old.
Tyler takes very good care of me and my aging Camry. He explains things to me so that I underderstand what is going on. He doesn’t try to sell me unnecessary services which is always a concern for us old ladies. I have confidence that Tyler will treat me fairly.
A transfer leak was mentioned on my tundra which wasn't confirmed at another service center.
