I mentioned a concern and it was addressed as though it was a major issue and couldn't be bothered with. Also on my paperwork it states I got a wash/vac service. Yet my vehicle was obviously not washed or vacuumed.

A good job was done on the truck I had to bring it in at the six month check up per Toyota and you guys did a great job on my 10,000 mile oil change even though I only have 3400 miles on it. Thank you guys I like everyone of you up there

I don’t want to be contacted but I can say the girl seemed to have an attitude and didn’t take my concern seriously about my trunk malfunctioning. Not good customer service. I wasn’t greeted when I walked In and no one was friendly.
