The service went well. But then I was told the timing chain cover on the engine is leaking and the estimated repair would be over $2,800. I looked at it when I got home and discovered it is a “slow seep,” not a leak. An oily bolt on the cover showed there was no attempt to tighten it. Having built and raced a car I know a bit about the mechanics of an engine, and the difference between s deep and a leak. You can do better. Show me the seep and just tell me to watch it. I knew it wasn’t leaking because this car has never leaked even a spot of oil or coolant on the garage floor.

I came in last Thursday and was supposed to have four things done to my new 1794 Tundra . My console ended up not getting done – human error. She excepted responsibility for it and remedied the situation quickly by arranging my appointment today. I have to say I don’t think it was something that she was directly involved with but I appreciated her stepping up for the company, coming up with a solution for the problem and getting my console Installed today and arranging for my prompt transportation to and from work
