Elizabeth Paine lit up the garage as soon as we walked in. She was friendly, very knowledgeable and super helpful. She went above and beyond what we expected when we weren't sure if our problem would be covered by our extended warranty. She's impressive. You are a lucky employer for sure.
Me again...for the last time. Finally, the other thing I'd mention on the positive side is that Wes Macdougall got it right with respect to passing feedback to whom it needs to go. When Crissy finally did get back to me with an update, she began with, "I know you talked with Wes..." indicating that he had, subsequent to my "complaints/inquiries" to him since I hadn't been hearing from Crissy, evidently talked to her and passed on what he'd correctly perceived as my need for a little more communication. I did clinical and support staff customer service and general training in the healthcare field for 20+ years, and I know that specific feedback to those involved is an essential part of improving and maintaining quality service...not just "You did 'good'!" but specifically what was done that was good. Hopefully, part of the feedback to Crissy would include pointing out to her than when she's not providing timely feedback, as previously noted, to the customer, it's particularly aggravating to that customer for him to be seeing through the waiting room window you sitting idly at your desk swiping your phone. Anyhow, all's good now...for the time being. Thanks for asking. Mike
