When calling to make a service appointment, the Srvice advisor sure clearly state if there is going to be a cost involved. I was completely caught off guard by the price of my oil change today. Thought that I had one more under the Toyota Care program. $78 for this service will put a dent in my finances. So, better communication with the customer prior to appointment. Thank You.
