I had the misfortune of dealing with the Vancouver call center originally. The prospective buyer of my vehicle had the same experience. Our combined opinion is, there was no intelligent life. I found the local number and was amazed at the difference. Keelley was so very helpful. The future buyer also communicated with her. His opinion was glowing. Thank you

Last week they messed up the filter on my wife’s car and the low oil pressure light came on. I just meet with the service manager and I am sending off a oil sample for analysis to see what damage was done.. now I had my daughter take her car in today for a oil change and she got home and it is leaking oil all over my new driveway..I called to see if the Toyota dealership could call the manager at home and give him my phone number to call me TONIGHT!!!! They said the don’t have his home number..are you kidding me!!!! This is the worst service of my life.. I just bought 4 Toyota and a Lexus in the last 3 years.. you are loosing me as a customer

Every time we take our car in the tires are never aired up to the pressure they need to be on to keep the light off even when we let them know they are diffrent from the front
