I am happy with the service. But, I would have liked an agent to talk to me about recommended service before I was already at the counter to pay for my completed requested service, as I would have allowed them to do the additional work, because they were necessary services. Unfortunately they were automatically declined without me knowing it and now I’ll have to schedule another appointment to get them done. Other than that everything was done as expected. Good job.

I scheduled a 5k service at **** Hanna Toyota but I knew I was overdue for my 120k service. When I arrived Crissy was really helpful researching what services had been completed at another dealership in the past year. Several services were due and she was able to save me some money by combining some of them together. It took longer than an oil change but I got all my services up to date with a considerable savings. The truck is running much better now and I feel good knowing I’m up to date on all my maintenance.

I made an appointment and was told it would be an hour and a half. In an hour my vehicle was still in the parking lot. I was going to leave and was told it was lgoing in and it would only take a half hour. It was another hour and a half. It took 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change which was only part of the work I came in to have done
