I made my appointment for an oil change and factory recommended check on my vehicle. Having 16,000 miles I figured it to be pretty basic which it was. Elizabeth explained and recommended what I needed and the service began. I planned on it taking about an hour but it took over twice as long but she came out several times to give me updates on the status of my car and explain what was going on in the process. She was very patient and professional considering the issue was out of her control. Great customer service and my vehicle was taken care of so for that I will keep my vehicle serviced here. Thank you Elizabeth.
They all do a fantastic job from the service writer and the mechanics that work on the my vehicle they did an outstanding job way above and beyond what they are supposed to do 110% I will be back thank you ????????

Everything with the service was great...but I thought the service included a wash a d vacuum...but I got a coupon for a car wash instead....

The problem was not with the service agent. She did an excellent job of taking care of my car. The problem was with communications. I had called your service department four times over three days. Your service agent was gone because of a family emergency and I was never informed that she was not available so I was left in the dark about why she was not calling back. Wanting to get my work done I asked for someone else to call me. That never happened. When your service agent returned she called me back first thing in the morning and the work was
done that day. The service agent did an excellent job. Your communications definitely need improvement.
It takes way too long to just get an oil change even with an appointment! I was there for over a hour and a half. Also you guys used to also do a free 50 point inspection or something like that then you would give recommendations on what kind of issues my vehicle has or service I will need in the future. Non of that happened my last 2 visits? Not sure if you guys just quit doing that?

The only real issue I have is that I had just purchased my car a few weeks ago. I discovered a leak in the back hatch. I still feel it should have been covered by the 30 warranty. Instead I paid nearly $150 to get it repaired. This has nothing to do with c Crissy loran. However I feel it was an issue that **** HANNAH should have covered. Thanks, JACKIE B
She had a recall taken care of that we had no idea even existed. She made contact with me as soon as she heard what my vehicle needed.
