Not done yet. Poor communication on text no reply then got message it was done hours after picking it up. Then got another message it was ready days later. On top of it did not sound like they were going to fix the problem correctly.

Being my first maintenance trip in, I was not aware where to go. I was not greeted professionally, I was told to move my car to where it needed to go. And I’m also unsatisfied with the fact that I expected the vehicle to at least be vacuumed, if not washed. Instead I was given a coupon to a local car wash that is known for scratching vehicle paint, and when I made mention of that to the trainee, her only response was that they didn’t do that anymore. I find receiving a coupon for a place that scratches paint and not where I would take my vehicle, a little tacky coming from a Toyota dealership. If you would like to contact me, please provide info as to what Toyota dealership I can go to instead that will actually do the detail part of the maintenance check.
