Elizabeth was great. The problem was that the original service coordinator quit the day after my service and no one followed up on the open quote for tires that he gave me. I had to call two weeks later only to learn that they had never been ordered as we had agreed. Even after connecting with Elizabeth, I had to call back to see if they had arrived. Follow up and follow through seems to be missing in your process.

Fell flat on the little things, which make me nervous about the big thing, which is the service of the vehicle. Messed with all my interior settings like my lights and dash brightness. That's really petty and annoying. Also didnt complete the services I asked for and will have to make another trip in which is also annoying. No one even talked to me about the service, like what they did and how the car looked, just handed me a piece of paper. Overall just kinda put off, would rather take my car to Tower.

Next time let me know during the service what is being found and any recommendations; not afterwards when i’m checking out.... it cost me an additional 1.5 hour wait. Don’t believe this was Chrissie’s Fault who had taken A lunch vreak
