Very professional and pleasant. I brought both my New Tundra and Lexus in for service today.
They Took very good care of both vehicles.
Although it is a 40 min drive from Vancouver I would not trust anyone else to service my Toyota and Lexus.
Unfortunately DH Jeep in Vancouver did not meet my service expectations for my new Jeep Overland so will need to find a new service dealership to maintain my new Jeep. Will see if DH Kelso will handle Jeep maintenance because they truly care for our two other cars.

Tyler was professional in every way. Appreciated his positive attitude and updates as my vehicle was being serviced.
I opened the glove box on the way home to add my paperwork and now it won’t stay shut. It keeps popping open. This happened the last time I brought it there for a service. A technician stopped by my home on his way home who lived down here in the area. I called back today and it was suggested I bring it back. I live in battle ground. It was then suggested I contact any **** hannah to have it fixed but I have to make an appointment. I have to work the rest of the week and don’t get off work in time to get into a service location.

Keeley was nice... But she talked far too much & she really started to irritate my husband to where he wanted to leave... . That’s my only “negative” feedback. Lol.

Was very happy with the staff very professional and got the job done in the time they quoted.
Crissy Loran was excellent. She was great. The repairs required were questionable and the repair itself was poor. Had to bring it back and I myself actually repaired it properly. It was obvious the function of the window repair was not inspected before returning it to me. Again, Crissy was excellent. You have a fantastic employee in Crissy. Thanks, Terry
