Elizabeth make sure she explains everything in detail and listens to what I am saying and gets to the bottom of any issues I have with my vehicles. Service was slow and felt like I was a bother
Very thankful for getting me right in and being outright in all the things that were going on.
My truck was towed, Crissy was my assigned service rep. Talked to her on Wed. After that no response to text or returning phone calls. I called Friday about noon, no return call, then when I called at 2 PM I got another rep. She was great. I live in Scappoose, so we dropped everything to get to the shop before heavy traffic. I hope Crissy well, but needs to make sure someone covers for her while gone. Plus, I miss the hand wash promised by your sells staff when I purchased.
I dropped my car off at 9 am, my neighbors seen my car parked at 10 am, received a text my car was done at 11 am. I was a shuttle, never got picked up. I called at noon, left message for Renee, she never called me back. My husband got off work and drove me there at 1:30, literally as I walked up, she said I was just texting you your car was done, RIGHT. When I asked why she didn't return my call,she said she didn't receive the message. She hardly made eye contact with me, her appearance was horrendous. I don't know if she has head lice or dandruff. Appearance should be in the top 3 to be employed at **** Hannah. I've been a customer there since 2016, never seen Renee before, I hope I never see her there again. And my neighbors said the exact same thing about her, she never called them to them know their car was finished.
