I have asked numerous times over several years for you to get the correct phone number regarding information for this vehicle. You continually send information to the wrong phone. All information should go to ****-****-xxxx and Do not send any more information to ****-****-xxxx. It is really frustrating that you haven’t corrected this in the almost 3 years that I have been asking you to get it right.

Communication was lacking. I understand that there was only one person working and she was busy, but I actually had to go to the shop to get a status after my vehicle had been there for three hours. And I recurved a text as I was driving my vehicle away from your site.

Elizabeth, was very helpful and polite. Great customer service, But I can’t say the same thing about your representatives Reana. I gave a call to the office and asked for the service manager . The front office girl took my complaint and told me the the manager Taylor should get the message and should get back with me. It’s 8:05 pm my appt was at 7:30 and I still have not got any call or email from him. We have bought a lot of cars from this dealership and my not again. Not happy! CATHY A

All went well. Was kind of surprised it took longer the 1 1/2 hours quoted. It was more like 2 1/2 -3 hours.

Elizabeth was very busy this morning when I arrived, there were about 6 or 7 cars in line and she was the only one helping. She was very professional, prompt, organized and calm, it was a pleasure working with her.

I ask for the first appointment appointment of the day at 7:30 am. Thinking it’s only 45K mike check up won’t take to long. At 9:30 I called to see where they were on my car. I was told my technician was busy and they would have her call me back. I did explain we were down to one car and my husband had things to do. So at 10:30 I called back explaining the situation again they said they can’t get ahold of her but they would have her call me. So about a hour later around 11:30 my husband drove to dealership to see if my car was moved and it had not been. He told me it was in exact same spot and girl was sitting at computer and no cars in bay. About the same time Rene called me and said they just took my car back I explained my husband just drove by there and my car was not moved I had the 7:30 appointment and why is my car just being looked at and she was wrong my truck was still sitting in same spot. She said she just dispatched my car to be worked on. Again I had 7:30 appointment I called several times what’s going on. She said system was down so I says you could not call me so I could work around this she said no not when system is down and she found my keys in her desk with a sticky note and did not even know what we were doing to my car. WHAT THE HECK. I told them when I dropped the car off. I was very frustrated. That being said Renee did apologize said she would do the work for free would not charge me she was nice and polite. And was trying to make it right.
