My appointment was at 10am. At 12, I had to approach the service department and ask were my truck was. The last time I had the same service scheduled, it took 30min. Being 4 times longer had me frustrated. I was told the reason was there was a part that had to be ordered on a recall!!! Seriously! That could have been completed in less that 5min!!! I said I would take my truck elsewhere for the work. From there it got much much worse. I had asked for the windshield wipers to get replaced, when I got to my truck, they had not changed them. I went back in to speak with the service manager and was told he should be here but we can’t find him! Try back Monday. I had the sales manager write the service managers email, phone number and name down. When I got home I left a voice mail with him. THEN, I noticed the dust on my truck showed that only the 2 rear tires had been touched. Since that told me they had not rotated my tires, I investigated more. I pulled the oil dip stick and found old dark brown oil. I dipped the stick and wiped it off several time because I couldn’t believe what I was seeing! I then noticed that the oil fill cap has a layer of dirt on it from driving that had no evidence of anyone removing it to refill the oil!!! So I pulled my truck into my shop, jacked it up and found the oil drain plug has the same layer of undisturbed dirt on it. I watched a iTunes video because I couldn’t find the oil filter. It is towards the front and must be accessed by removing a metal skid plate. As expected at this point, all of the bolts had not been touched with the same layer of dirt on them. I bumped the skid plate lightly while moving under my truck and it rubs the dirt off right away. No hand prints or signs of access are on the plate. I found a small opening that I could shine a light and look at the oil filter and surprise surprise, had not been touched. I have taken pics of all of these items that are time stamped with my phone proving I took the pics after my service appointment. I have made an appointment with the Vancouver location for next Saturday but have been told I will have to pay for it sines the oil change that came included with my truck unless Longveiw Toyota is willing to let the service go. I’m sending this in discuss and will be contacting Toyota directly and sharing the pics. I’m guessing this survey was sent to me automatically but dam, what a mistake! Your service is horrible and dishonest. Commuting this neglect to my truck shows there is no care for me, the life of my truck or repeat business. I realize if this was simply the act of 1 bad employee, it could possibly be overlooked but, compounded with the 2hours I had to wait, the extra work I asked for not being completed, the attitude I got when I told the service agent that I saw 2 other customers come in after me and leave before me was uncalled for. Then to pop off an excuse that she had to order a part for a recall!! Total B. S. and yet another employee that sealed the fate of my frustration. I was also told at the Vancouver Toyota that they were going to look up the service on the camera system but, it was conveniently down and they were not able to pull up any video. Nice! I wonder how many other customers have been greeting ripped off. To sum all of this up, I will be contacting Toyota directly. I will not bring my truck in for any service or parts. I am contacting the media so this and hopefully other scams can be stopped. That service mechanic should be fired and the girl out front needs some more training at the least. If you want to make good with me at this point, don’t fight me on paying for the service to be completed at the Vancouver location. We will see

I was satisfied with Renee. However i was a little annoyed with the wait. She apologized and did give me an extra car wash. But im not sure why someone else couldnt have checked me out. I watched my vehicle get parked once it was done. Then i sat and waited another 45 minutes just to get checked out. I felt that was a little ridiculous. Not sure why another person couldnt have helped me or did the other calls or what not she said stalled her with helping me.
