No problems with any specific employee, this was my first service visit there, but 2 hours for an oil change and wash when I have an appointment seemed a little long to me.

Tyler was very courteous & friendly. He even went back & tried to vacuum my car better as I also had my car washed & vacuumed. So as far as Tyler I was very satisfied. My only critique is that I wish your car detail team did a way better job. I've had it washed 2x, & even tho I could have it done free monthly, it was done so badly it just wasn't worth it to bring it in, not to mention their vacuum job might as well not be done. It would b nice, being that customer is buying car, that proper effort be made to actually detail car better. Thank u

Tyler was very helpful and "right on the spot" during my little emergency where my skid plate malfunctioned on I 5. The dealership was perfectly positioned and most responsive.

It was good service. I just didn't appreciate how instead of helping me find a budget friendly fix, they were trying to talk me into buying a whole other engine to replace the one with the problem.

I was not called and informed that a part was not in until I came to pick up my car. Also, I specifically gave my number to call and my husband was informed that my car was ready. My husband was not available to contact me so it was frustrating to me.
