We had our car waxed. We were only a little disappointed when we opened the back seat doors and noticed the dirt marks on the door ledge. It looks like someone stood on it to reach the top of the car.

I get exceedingly tired and fed up with your automated phone answering machine/service. It is NOT a "nice" experience at any time: #1. It ALWAYS tells me the LIE that your organization is experiencing a high call volume rate at every time of day. That is NOT nice. I would choose a better time of day to call if the system were truthful. #2. It seems to ALWAYS take me to the Sales Department even when I push #1 for the Service Department. It is EXTREMELY unclear when the #1 should be pushed right after #1 is presented or do I have to wait until ALL the choices are given. I end up having to push the "1" multiple times to ever get a person. The correct answer is, "It does not matter you will ALWAYS get the Sales Department" first and they will have to transfer you to the Service Department where you will have to wait awhile for someone to answer the phone. Then of course one has to wait awhile to get the person one is intending to contact. The latter part is acceptable but the inability of not get the Service Department when using #1 absolutely is not acceptable. It makes me NOT want to have anything to do with your organization. That is inspite of the fact everyone in your organization I actually get to talk to "finally" is quite pleasant. #3. Everything about your company seems to be top of the line to me. And I do believe one definitely pays the full price for the quality of care. I guess we don't mind doing that. But your telephone answering service is NOT top of the line. I feel insulted every time I use it. It makes me prefer to go elsewhere. Please make some adjustments. Thank you for asking, Sincerely, John Orr Olive O

Was told my oil change would be 67.50. Then when finished 80. After a discussion I paid 67.50. Then the next day I receive a notice for oil change for 59.95. Not good PR

I had a complimentary detail coming and I wanted my car checked for this sound that was coming from the tires that I had put on at my last service. The sound was from the sub frame having a loose bolt. When the service team tightened it, it broke. Tyler called and told me that it would be 800 to fix it. And he refused to do the complimentary detailing since I declined the service. I took it to a different shop that I take my other vehicles to and it is going to be 350 to fix the bolt. I am not happy that your service is over priced and the main reason I brought my car in was denied. Very disappointed. I will go back to **** Hannah Vancouver for my needs instead of Kelso.

Keeley seems to be a good addition to **** Hannah service, when I arrived she was the only one in the drive and had a couple customers waiting for assistance and she kept a good smile and confidence about her. Being as new as she is I was impressed to see this.
