Brandon was extremely friendly and professional, he frequently gave me updates throughout my time at the dealership and fully explained all repairs needed. I would definitely recommend Brandon to anyone needing service at **** Hannah Toyota and will return only to him for all my repair needs in the future. Recommended things to be fixed that don't need fixed. Did a poor job of washing it. Got oil on the interior of the vehicle.

Greeted by "who sent you over here. You are not on the schedule." Replacing 3 lights-2 low beam and a small bulb for parking light cost $167. I would think that if you charge $137 an hour and it's going to take over an hour to complete the task...the customer should be made aware of the labor charge prior to initiating the service. I would have thought at that price my floor mats would have been vacuumed!
