I got to the dealership right around 9:00am on Thursday. When I got there, I asked how long he thought it may take. He said approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. I asked if I had an apt how long it would take and he said 1 hour and 15 to one and a half hours. I figured by the time I left and came back, what was an additional 15-30 minutes, so I chose to wait. At 11:09 or so, the guy who checked me in came to apologize and tell me he thought I got a ride somewhere (from them). I had been there for over 2 hours and they weren't even close to starting on my car for an oil change. I will not be back.

Tyler extended respect, courtesy, and great customer care of which your dealership would be proud of, especially so when this was my first visit to your dealership. Another thing to note was Tyler's comfortable demeanor; no high pressure phoniness, but a calm sincerity.
