Customer service okay, but repair costs are horrible. $288 to replace a $12.00 seal and the total time on the rack was 1 hour. Unsatisfactory repair cost and doubt if I’ll purchase another vehicle from **** Hanna Toyota.
Tyler was very nice and professional. He went above to have someone return my van to be to help with the added inconvenience of having this service done. However, when I got in to drive it, my clock was 38 minutes fast, the air condition was on Max cold with fans blazing, and the radio was not blasting but loud enough to startle (much louder than I'd ever leave it). Also my daytime running lights were turned off, which I never do.

I go to you guys because I trust you guys. I've always had a wonderful experience. In fact I live 5 mins away from the Chehalis WA Toyota and Id rather drive 45 mins to bring my vehicle to you guys. I just spent close to $900 getting my truck fixed with you guys. First I brought it in for a oil change and because I was having a weird noise that I wanted looked at/ found. I paid the $130 for a tech to go under my hood to find the issue. I was told by the first lady that they located the problem and that fixing it would fix the noise. So I went ahead and fixed it. Paid close to $700 on that drove my truck off the lot and surprise to me the noise that I was told would be fixed is still the same noise I originally brought it in for. I picked my truck up close to closing so by the time I noticed the noise you guys were closed. I e mailed Scott in the service dept. and I'm hoping you guys can make things right since I've already paid the $130 to have it looked at it the 1st place. I have faith that you all will, seeing how I have been going to you guys for 3+ years now and I always have my vehicle serviced by you guys.
