The man who helped us got the car in right away and was friendly and helpful. It was a bit expensive, but that's not his fault. He did a great job making the process smooth and efficient, and went the extra mile to make sure the correct issue was addressed.

I went in to have my brakes checked and they found a leak in my radiator that was under warranty. They quickly got me in a loaner car for the day. My car was ready later in the day.

It was terrible customer service I was under the understanding I had a month warranty so I brought it in and they told me it wouldn't be covered even though it wasn't a part that could wear out in a month, and they marked it as a pass at the "inspection" 4 weeks earlier. Terrible service in customer service I wouldn't recommend buying a used Cecile or if you don't believe there inspection take it to your mechanic the day after you purchase and see what is really broken with your purchase
