Service from Ken and from both mechanics that worked on my MDX were exceptional. The telephone receptionists were also friendly and polite. Personnel has done a fantastic job hiring the right people and management seems to be doing the right thing. Congratulations to all. I do not use the Acura dealer in Washington State but will now come down here to **** Hanna for anything else besides an oil change. Thank you for service beyond the extra mile. You all have my trust.

It was very frustrating because I took it for one thing and they said that it was not that they made me spend for several things and in the end they had to put the part that I had told them and they charged me again, apart they made me take it 2 times because the first one They said that it was fine and it really stayed the same and they gave it to me but it still fails a thing and they told me that it was normal and that they would take it off in a few days but if not that I would take it again the service was really bad .. .

Honest assessment of my car issue
Everything was great until as I was driving away from Acura, I tried to close the accordion cover over the cup holders in the center console, only to discover it was broken. I was disappointed that this wasn’t disclosed when I picked up the car. After paying over $2300 for services, this tainted an otherwise good experience. I hope i won’t be expected to bear the cost to fix this.
