Ken was outstanding and I can’t remember the name of the lady who greeted me she is retiring tomorrow and she was so welcoming. Ken was a true gentleman and my car had been washed. Love that! Keep up the 10+ service.

I was fine with Chad, he had to leave for the day and was not the one who actually serviced my car. What I was not fine with was the report that was sent to me with very little detail and the inability to reach a real person to talk to about it. It resulted in my car not being ready that day and wasting my time being on hold and dealing with a very ineffective automated phone system. I drive a long way to come to this acura. I used to have Will Walin as my technition. When he took the car, I would always get a call or text with exactly why the report said what it did and how to reach him should I have questions. I never had to deal with the inconviencience of trying to reach someone to have a report explained to me. When chad is gone, I expect the same kind of service I would recieve if he was not here. It does not seem like you have enough staff to deal with the volume of work being done. If I have another experience like this, I will switch to the acura in Beaverton as it is much closer to me.

I live in Salem. In 2014 I knew I wanted to buy an Accra MDX. I looked online And did a lot of research. I knew that I would hold it’s value and be a good car for me.Of course I first went to Salem to Acura/Mercedes dealership and was very disappointed in their customer service. I then tried Acura of Portland. I had a much better experience there. I left there and headed up to **** Hannah Acura. I had an amazing experience there and bought my 2015 Acura MDX! Sandy was amazing and I love my MDX so much. I continued to get service up there until I got diagnosed with cancer. Sandy was amazing and I love my MDX so much. I continued to get service up there until I got diagnosed with cancer. I went to Salem Acura to get service being it was so much closer to home. The service I got there was very disappointing. I will continue to drive to Portland to **** Hannah Acura there sales and service is always A plus! Brandy was amazing. Professional and very efficient!

I was not happy with my experience and hope that what I want fix with my leather seats will be fixed as it should be. It’s only been under a year since it’s been replaced so it needs to be fix ASAP.

This is the first time that I haven’t been satisfied since purchasing my TLX 3 years ago. I decided on **** Hannah rather than the other Acura dealer in the area. I arrived around 1 pm and had to wait two hours to find out that I needed a new battery. However, I was also informed that the battery was on back order which I was baffled by. At one point it was suggested that I go to the othe Acura dealership to get the battery. By the time someone when to get the battery I had wasted half of a day and was unable to work. It wasn’t until much later that I was able to get a loaner vehicle. I am definitely disappointed with this experience.

Was told a rental car was not covered for warranty work and would be $35 a day through Enterprise. After requesting for a manager, Chad said he was going to provide a rental car.
