Brandy was excellent to work with. She explained everything to us so it could be clearly understood. Even though we did not have an appointment she made sure we received fast and excellent service. She also found us a loaner car.

I came in at 7:30 and was told that things should be done by around 10:30 and that I’d out the door by 11. Instead, I didn’t leave until around 12:15. Brandy came and told me around 11 that they were finishing up and she’d have me out the door soon, but then I was left waiting for another hour and fifteen minutes with no word on what was going on. When Brandy finally came to check me out, I asked why it took over an hour longer than I was told, and she said it was because the type of brakes I have on my car are more difficult to change. But that didn’t explain why I waited another hour and 15 minutes after she told me they were finishing up. In all other ways my experience was great.
