Caleb Williams was phenomenal from the moment I drove up to the moment I left he was genuine, charismatic, professional, knowledgeable and attentive. He updated me regularly as I waited for my car to be serviced, and made sure all my concerns and needs were addressed. He made the experience delightful. I would go bak to **** Hannah Acura because of Caleb.

Caleb was great. Last couple of interactions with service have nomenclature so so. Caleb was dialed in. I could tell he was newer, but his attitude and willingness to help is appreciate.

Caleb did an amazing job of greeting me and making sure everything in my vehicle is inspected. I felt welcomed and knew what was happening with my car after the inspection. Caleb did a wonderful job of explaining everything I needed to know and gave me great tips of what I should do in the future. It was a pleasure working with Caleb and **** Hannah Acura dealership.

Excellent overall experience, except for the available snacks and “food”. We were shown the snack area by the greeter, but while there were plenty of choices of beverages, little packs of gummies is hardly food. At Acura of Tempe, they had muffins, cookies, bigs of chips, etc at all times throughout the day. We had to sit there waiting for our vehicle for over 2 hours.
