I had a 9:30 appointment, showed up 15 minutes early for it, but did not leave until 12pm. A standard oil change and then change an air filter should not take nearly 3 hours on a weekday.

I was expecting to be called with the inspection list and was not. Caleb and Aaron were great at checkout. Aaron pulled my car under cover since it was raining. After leaving and driving about 3 miles, my check engine emissions light came on. I drove back and Aaron got Mitch to fix the problem.
Rebekah did a great job getting things set up and being in constant communication with me. I greatly appreciated the Lyft rides as it allowed me to get to work and continue my day while my vehicle was being serviced. Very nice touch by A of P!
