I greatly appreciated the fact that Rebecca Emerson made great effort to take my car in even though I didn’t have an appointment. She was able to squeeze me in between other appointments to have my ebrake adjusted from the 100k service that done on my Honda Insight back in November. Everything was done in an hour and I was back on the road on my way home to Salem as I was coming down from a family visit up in Seattle.
