Excellent employee and dealership
I felt like I was being pushed to buy repairs (parts) that I didn’t need, eg. filters that were replaced at considerable cost just 5 months and 7000 miles ago. Also, it is suspicious that my battery suddenly went dead when it had just been checked out as fine. I did pay for a new one, though disagree with a $30 charge to install which I was not told about. Visits like this remind me as to why I always went to my own mechanic with previous vehicles. How can I trust you in future visits?

James is an absolute asset to your company. He is professional and stayed in constant communication with me about the status of my vehicle, even though it was being repaired by a third party. I saw how busy your service center is, yet I never had a hard time reaching James and getting answers to my questions. He is great at his job!

Excellent service and attention to detail by both Rebecca and James. In addition to the regular service, I was given the option to get a recall fixed that I had not planned for. Rebecca quickly found me a loaner and a MDX at that! I was able to get to my afternoon meeting without missing a beat.
I was comfortable in the waiting room; it is always well stocked, and I like the option to purchase food. I like the option of paying online and I like the text updates. The service department seems exceptionally well managed and customer-focused. It’s better than ever!

Excellent customer service as always and great service I got a new battery.
I got an oil change and everything was fine until I got home and took my key off the key entry slot and it said “remove key” although it was removed and it did not let me lock my car, keep in mind when I took my car everything was fine and now it turns out I have to replace it although I did nothing to it and I have suspicion one of the employee did it because I also asked what was wrong with it and they said the key slot just went bad but I found a small piece of something in the slot but no one ever told me what was actually wrong with it.
