James and Peng were great to work with. James kept me updated regarding the progress of my car. When I picked up my vehicle he explained everything that they fixed. Peng explained the work he did and what he fixed. Very satisfied with the service I received. I just hope the noise doesn’t return.
Caleb helped me out. Very professional, fast and answered all my questions. Made sure I was well taken care of. Appreciate everything he did, and thank you for his hard work.

I made an appointment and was told at the time I made the appointment it would take an hour and a half. I was on time for the appointment, but waited nearly 2 1/2 hours. I don’t understand the need to make an appointment if more people show up than what you can handle. I’m not happy at all about this. I really don’t want to come back but I believe I need to complete the recall.
