Completely happy with Caleb. I must mention that my tires were not inflated evenly or at the correct pressure. I had to head over to discount tire to adjust the tire pressure. Thought I'd mention it so you can improve.
Sam (Head of services) is a total credit to Acura of Portland. In the 7+ years I’ve been coming to Dich Hannah Acura, Sam is by far the best service director I’ve encountered. Highly informed, friendly, trustworthy, and tuned in to the customer’s needs.
