Noah was good. However, when I first called several weeks ago to explain my needs I wa worried that things may not go well. It was a really big deal for me to come from Ocean Park Wa to get this done. I have to arrange to leave work, board my dog, haul my cat and find a place to stay. So I wanted assurance that I would have a loaner car and that they would be able to do the work within a 3-4 day window of time. He said they would ‘try’ to have a loaner for me. And to call a day or two prior to be sure all was OK. I was worried the entire time. Then I did call on Monday to be sure all was OK and left this story with the lady that answered the phone. I never received a call back. But I left town on a wing and a prayer anyway. One of the reasons I purchased my second Acura was because of the excellent service I received with you on my first one. (And I love Acura’s. )
If I’m just being overly dramatic, then just please delete this. Once I got there , Noah was excellent and very patient and helpful. Louise (my car) doesn’t make that noise anymore, so I am very thankful for that. Strongly dislike your finance company, though. Too difficult to do all that on my phone. Thanks for listening

Always trying to up sale. Reps taking turns trying to get me to agree to it. Not opening door until well after 7am even thought stuff is there already. I get having a morning huddle but walking back and forth and getting coffee. Having over priced “coupons” that I have to go online and get. Your local competitors has the oil changes for far less then your service center.
We got a re-call about our MDX2018, they say around 30-3 hours, but the service took from8am to 7 pm. So I told them I will be back the next day. So when I get there no one even help me. There are two lady there just sit there and trying to search for hotels. That crazy, and she is one of the manager there
