Miguel was absolutely amazing and courteous. My only concern was I found out from the parts dept that when getting an oil change the dealer does not use Acura oil but oil from a bulk supplier. It makes me wonder why one would bring a car into the dealer anymore if that was the case. Acura parts dept sells synthetic blend for my car specifically but I was told quantum conventional oil is what is used.
