The service took much longer than promised. The alerting system via text is useless because I didn’t even notice when the text arrived sitting right in front of the service consultant. No vacuum done inside the car and no time to car wash as my vehicle was the last one to complete on Friday

I'm not happy with my service representative . She comes across to me as annoyed to be working with me . My car was in for a service and was not washed I was told that it was ready . The loaner car was dirty is this the level of service that I can look forward to from **** Hannah ?
