People we're nice as usual, but the problem wasn't resolved and we were told to go to the Honda dealership across the street. This is where we purchased the vehicle, and we were asked to be part of the loyalty program...but now I'm glad we didn't sign up for it. We will be getting our service from Ron Tonkin Honda moving forward.

While James did a great job I am still really unhappy with **** Hannah. I bought my car brand new in 2009 when they were using Custimers for Life as a major selling point. Tires for Life was pitched as the ultimate save all, and I would get the exact same tires for LIFE. DH has since stopped offering this program, and significantly reduced the benifit for us with older cars. It’s a scam, the poor service guy gets my rath and it’s not his fault the dealership won’t honor their promise. I still have my original document they clearly stated “we will replace tires with like quality”, not the 20k garbage they say I have to take. Cost me $300 for my “free” tires. This is only my second set and honestly bothers me enough to maybe go somewhere else for this cars replacement.
Mr. Wahlin provided a good excellent, professional service and saved me a few bucks as well.

Brandy was great. She did a great job keeping me updated on getting the glass person to respond (It took over two weeks for glass person to get back to her so she could work with me to schedule the front window replacement. )

My car is lacking it's usually responsiveness, my stereo currently does not work, my service was about 2 hours longer than it should have been, I'm running tires that do not match, I'm fairly sure my current cost benefit analysis of continuing a relationship with **** Hannah is suggesting to not do so. Sabrina was professional. I just feel like I'm not getting value I once received. Not to mention my car doesn't feel right and is not completely functional.

Mason is a real asset to your company. One of the best. Plus everyone is always so nice, respectful and the work done on my car is done in a timely manner. I am a senior citizen and everyone always makes sure I am comfortable while I wait. Mason always explains everything to me about my car in a way I understand.
