I like the part of your service, when you detail the car. Unfortunately I had a somewhat messy kid car before going into the shop... I received a loaner car that was also somewhat of a messy kid's car and when I came back to receive my car after 3 days I had a messy kid car...
So I like the car detailing that normally you provide but for this time around I was just stuck with messy kid car...
Note I really do appreciate your costomer service, I did 2 vehicles this year for 200,000 Mile tune up and I am very happy with the quality of your work..

I was not told about the services my vehicle would be getting and didn't get an estimate of the coat before it was done. The service took alot longer than I was told it would take. Probably my last time takin it there due to the unsatisfactory service I get each time I come there

I said all of this in the survey but I thought I'd post it here too.
I didn't feel like I was listened to. My concerns were initially dismissed and required some pushing to get investigated. After the issues I raised were finally addressed, observations I made when I put the vehicle up on a lift myself were denied. I do suspect the diagnosis provided is correct, or at least part of the problem, however, the way I was treated resulted in a lack of trust, so I decided not to go forward with the repairs at **** Hannah.
In addition to the lack of trust, when the diagnosis was delivered to me, I felt a sense of victory from the service manager because they felt that I had been proven wrong after I had been pushing for a deeper investigation of issues with my vehicle. I felt that I had been forced to be an **** to get adequate service and that it was held against me. This is not how I want to be treated in any situation, and especially when I’m ready to drop $2.5k on a car service. After these experiences I will not be returning **** Hannah Acura.
