Very friendly atmosphere. Waiting area is comfortable with water, coffee, and other snacks available. She kept me updated throughout the day with updates on the car. I've always had great experiences at this dealership
Brandy and the technician was very helpful and efficient. My child had a medical emergency and Brndy was very understanding and flexible about returning the loaner car. Im very grateful and beuomd satisfied with the excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend and use the repair service again in the future.

We bought this MDX here just short of 100k miles. It wasn't explained how much maintenance was coming up, and we've struggled to stay on schedule. In the meantime, other stuff comes up. It's end up costing us way more than I would have ever thought, and it's still not totally fixed. I left yesterday without the radio working.
Sabrina in the Service Department was wonderful. She exceeded expectations and was able to get my car serviced quickly without an appointment and kept me up to date with status checks throughout the day. Her manner was professional and very friendly. Was impressed with her follow through and knowledge. Was a positive experience. Thank you.
